The following Terms and Conditions apply to the ordering and delivery of goods you order on these pages.

Order
After placing an order you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt which summarizes your order.
You can enter the order number as the payment reference so we can allocate the payment unambiguously. As soon as your payment has been received and all items are in stock, the goods will be dispatched to you. You will also receive confirmation of payment receipt and a tracking number by e-mail.
General delivery conditions
Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are made by parcel service or freight forwarder.
We do not accept any liability for improper transport. In the event of transport damage, a damage report must be issued immediately. Please check the goods for transport damage upon receipt! In the event of damage, the type of damage must be confirmed on the consignment note by the carrier.
We deliver to the following countries in the European Union: Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, Hungary, Poland, Great Britain, Lithuania, Slovenia.
Shipping to other countries is also possible. Shipping prices on request.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the website. It may happen that the website cannot calculate the shipping costs (in which case 0 is shown under shipping costs) or that the calculated shipping costs do not correspond to the actual shipping costs. In these cases we reserve the right to recalculate the shipping costs. We will then send you a binding quote including shipping costs which you can accept or decline.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

PayPal payment
PayPal accepts payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. A 2.9% transaction fee is added for PayPal payments.

Warranty
The warranty is governed by statutory provisions unless otherwise specified below and is 24 months.
The warranty expires if the goods have been used improperly or modified/altered by third parties.
Warranty procedure for customers in EU countries
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, please write to us and describe the problem. We will instruct you which part to send to us for repair (the customer bears the shipping costs to Slovenia). Only the defective part should be sent, not the entire honey extractor. In the case of a justified warranty claim, we will repair the part free of charge and send it back to you at our expense.
All repairs are carried out directly by the engineers at the Logar factory. They manufactured the honey extractors, so reliable repairs and original spare parts are guaranteed!
Warranty procedure for customers from Switzerland and other non-EU countries
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, please contact us and describe the problem. We will tell you which part to send to us for repair (the customer bears the shipping costs to Slovenia). Important: in every case we must be notified first so that we can arrange the temporary import of the goods for repair! Only the defective part should be sent, not the entire honey extractor. In the case of a justified warranty claim we will repair the part free of charge and we will cover the import costs for shipping to Slovenia. We will then send the repaired part back to you (the customer bears the return shipping costs).

Notification of defects
Notifications of defects must be reported to us within 7 days after the defect becomes known.
Right of withdrawal
Customers may withdraw from the purchase of the ordered goods within 14 working days from receipt of the delivery.
It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the period without stating any reasons.
In the event of withdrawal, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
The goods should be returned unused and in a condition suitable for resale, and if possible in the original packaging.
For items that have been impaired by signs of use, we will charge an appropriate fee for the reduction in value.
The same applies if accessories or parts are missing when the goods are returned.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Data protection
Personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless the customer gives explicit and revocable consent. Nevertheless, certain data such as name and address will be passed on to our service partners insofar as they are required to process the order.

The Terms and Conditions are automatically accepted by the customer by placing an order. They apply for the duration of the business relationship.
